Pho Chicken Seasoning

1. Fill up 2/3 pot with water (approximately 8 liter)
2. Charr one large onion and one large ginger and add to pot.
3. Bring water to a boil and now add whole chicken (5-7lbs) and cook on medium-high heat for 1-2 hours.
4. Be sure to remove scum as occasionally to keep broth clear.
5. Add 1 chicken pho seasoning, spice bag and cook for 45 minutes and you’re done!

Occasionally skim off any scum that rises to the surface to keep the broth clear.

After 1-2 hours, add 1 chicken pho seasoning and a spice bag. Cook for an additional 45 minutes, and you're done!
