Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 7 business days through UPS Ground Shipping. Orders placed on Fridays before 11:00am will be dispatched the same day before 12:00pm noon. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Mondays. During high volume periods there may be a delay in shipping of 7 business days, this excludes holidays and days with high volume of orders.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All items will be shipped through UPS Ground Shipping which may take 1-3 business days. Business days are defined as Monday-Friday and not including Holidays and Weekends.

Once order has been fulfilled you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number for your order
Customs, duties, and taxes
House Of Godard is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
International Shipping Policy
House Of Godard does not ship outside the United States and Canada. This includes Hawaii, Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico.
The shipping rate varies depending on your order total and shipping destination.
For an additional charge, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. This service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from the supplier (including perishable and custom-manufactured items), out-of-stock items and items to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
Orders received by 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.
