Return Policy
At House of Godard, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement. 

 

TO PROCEED, MUST HAVE ORIGINAL PACKING SLIP, ALL ITEMS UNTAMPERED FROM THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING. TAKE PHOTOS OF PACKING SLIP AND PRODUCTS IN ORIGINAL PACKAGE BOX AND SUBMIT TO: support@houseofgodard.com 

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on food items. If product is received damaged or defective you have 7 days from when you received the product to contact us.
House Of Godard is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you feel your package was lost during transit, contact the carrier and provide them with the tracking number that was generated for your order. 
We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements on items that qualify. Cosmetics are final sale - no returns or exchanges. 

In the event of receiving wrong item, please email us, include images for proof. DO NOT TAMPER OR OPEN PRODUCT AS IT IS NOT YOURS. IF OPENED, IT WILL VOID YOUR EXCHANGE.
