16 is the magic number for me. I've been taking House of Godard Turmeric for some time now. It's easy on my tummy, easy to adjust the dosage based on your need. I take 16 little balls. Keeps my inflammation in check. I have an old knee injury and the swelling / aches / pains are so much more manageable. It won't cure my knee, but this is definitely something I will keep in my arsenal of treatments.

I herniated my L5 S1 disc about 2 years ago it was huge and it was on my nerve! Doctors said I definitely needed surgery, I couldn’t lift my leg. I was in severe pain.
